Mission
To help people recognise and communicate their distinct value, so they can make choices and create work that genuinely reflects who they are.
Working with female coaches, therapists, conscious practitioners over 40 who are ready to invest in themselves to rediscover their own essence, so they can stop trading their time for money, but unsure what direction to take next.
You don’t need to become someone else to make meaningful work. You need to recognise what is distinctly yours, understand who it can help, and turn that clarity into a next step you can act on.
A thoughtful first step toward clearer choices, a more distinctive message and work that fits you.
“You are not here to fit a formula. You are here to understand what is yours to bring.”
Anna Sokol · beYOU™My work is about helping people see themselves more clearly, recognise the value they may have normalised, and express it with integrity. Especially when their experience is rich, their ideas are many, and the next step feels harder to name.
To help people recognise and communicate their distinct value, so they can make choices and create work that genuinely reflects who they are.
Integrity, self-expression, emotional freedom, acceptance, forgiveness, creativity and growth — expressed through how we work, not just what we say.
To make space for people to become more fully themselves — and turn that self-understanding into meaningful contribution.
Clarity is not about shrinking your possibilities.
It is about seeing which possibility is yours to move on.
When you can name a goal, recognise the resources you already have and connect them to a meaningful action, it becomes easier to move from reflection into practice. Research supports parts of this process — without promising instant answers or the same outcome for everyone.
A review and multilevel meta-analysis compared strengths-based psychotherapy with other established approaches across nine trials.
This supports taking strengths seriously as part of a broader process — not treating a strengths exercise as a complete solution on its own.
Read the study on PubMed ↗A five-week strengths-based positive-psychology micro-coaching programme involving 60 employees reported improvements in psychological capital. Goal-related self-efficacy predicted goal attainment during the process.
The study was small and workplace-specific, so it should not be taken as a guarantee for every person or coaching programme.
Read the study on PubMed ↗Evidence note: these studies do not establish that gaining clarity makes everyone act a specific percentage faster. The beYOU™ assessment is a reflective starting point, not a diagnostic tool or a substitute for professional mental-health care.
I’m Anna Sokol. My work brings together strengths-based reflection, values clarification, strategic questions and transformational coaching to help you make sense of what you know, what you care about and what you want to contribute.
I’m especially interested in the gap between having a lot to offer and being able to explain it simply. Sometimes we overlook our strongest qualities because they feel ordinary to us. A thoughtful outside perspective can help us notice patterns, test assumptions and put language around what has been hard to articulate.

“I came in confused and left excited to create my life and my business utilizing my talents.”
“Definitely new clarity, appreciation of who I am, relief that I can be myself and that is enough, and certainly increased confidence.”
“The biggest realization was that I am unique and that being me is the easiest way to be, using my everyday skills and just working with them.”
“Anna is a great coach, very intuitive and supportive. She offers so much clarity and she really cares and wants to help.”
“I really liked the depth to get across to me what I need to understand about me.”
“That I have been doing this always, I just had no awareness of it, that this is how I work and need these steps when I have to decide about something.”
“By focusing on what I enjoy and what feels natural to me, I can move forward without pressure, overload or excessive overthinking.”
“I feel clearer about who I'm offering it to, what I'm offering, how I'm offering it and where I will post.”
“I gain more courage. A vague idea, once put on paper, gets clearer — although not perfect, it is a big step from just fogging in the head.”
“Anna's structured steps and questionnaires are especially useful to help me compile and organise my thoughts, gain more clarity and more courage at every step. Having a timeline is also really helpful, rather than doing it myself, getting stuck in procrastination and losing momentum.”
“I wasn't sure about joining since I really didn't know if I had enough experience to get started. ... I am feeling greater trust in myself to move forward anyway. The answers seem to come after taking a step into the unknown instead of the other way around.”
“Anna is warm, encouraging, and down-to-earth. Her energy was very welcoming and accepting. This helped me challenge my fear of imperfection and trust that it was okay to show up authentically.”
“Day 2 gets you clearer on your direction, what's serving you and not serving you, and where you can begin to make changes.”
“I got clear on my next steps.”
“Following up on writing my idea, I received an email about facilitating a group at a First Nations Women's Healing Event, and I was able to use my idea for it!”
“I gained clarity. Most importantly, I gained the reassurance that it is okay to start right where we are and turn up exactly as we are, with our imperfections.”
“I was hoping for a nice clear offer and to get the wording right for both me and my audience. I got this, but also more clarity on who my audience actually are and what works for me.”
“I have felt a little more encouraged to reach out to people. These conversations have led to possible coaching opportunities. The challenge has created positive momentum in my life.”
“I would recommend it based on the content, knowledge and wisdom shared within the group — different perspectives and invaluable life-coaching advice.”
“Helpful exercises to help you gain insights into your priorities based on how you currently use your time and energy, especially if you have many things going on and feel scattered or unfocused.”
“Since our session, I feel more confident and ready to do this and stop doubting myself.”
“Just do it. You get more than you think you will, and it makes so much more sense than other courses I have done in the past. Anna is always there to help, and that's what makes all the difference.”
“She facilitated a group activity for my company of 100 people and everyone loved her.”
“Ania is an amazing coach — understanding, and she meets her clients where they are. She digs deeper and is very knowledgeable and insightful. I learned so much from her in just a few sessions.”
“She does great in individual sessions as well as groups.”
“The breathing and meditation helped me feel calm, focused, and more aware of myself. It's a simple way to manage stress and find balance in everyday life.”
“The connection with other women and opening up about our challenges can create a profound connection and remind us that we are not alone.”
“It helped me reconnect with myself. It was a beautiful experience that helped me relax, release stress and feel more balanced.”
